We are located on the Little Manatee River on Highway 41 in Ruskin, FL. We are closed to Flea markets, shopping centers, Wal-mart, Home Depot, and restaurants in Sun City. There is a new dock that is great for fishing from and also has boat slips. We have a clubhouse that we are doing Bingo once a month. We have new RV sites for renting.
